Registration information for new and returning students
Registration for the upcoming school year is now open for new students.
Returning students may re-register starting March 1. We are excited to welcome your students back. Visit www.RockHillSchools.com for more information.
This message also has an attachment with important upcoming dates for our Program Options (choice lottery schools). The first date to note: applications will open on our website on Feb. 23rd.
Lastly, please see an update below from our Business Services Department regarding a reduction in online payment fees.
reduction in online fees:
We are pleased to share that the online convenience fee for eSchool Payments, our secure online payment platform for student activity fees, has been reduced from $4.00 per transaction to $1.00.
This new, lower fee is now active and was intentionally timed to coincide with the start of school registration, when many families begin paying required technology and activity fees. Our goal is to make the payment process more affordable while continuing to offer a convenient and secure online payment option for our families.

student applications for the immersion program
New Student Application- Opens on February 2nd.
Parents must complete this in order to complete the program application.
Program Application Window: February 23rd to March 13th
Lottery will be March 16th-20th.
School Tours and Information for Families Considering the Immersion Program for The 2026-2027 School Year:Families interested in the immersion program at Cherry Park will have a chance to attend tours and information Sessions about Cherry Park. We will host these school tours and information sessions for new families on Monday, January 12th at 8:15 AM, on Friday, January 23rd at 9:30 AM, and Thursday, January 29th at 6:00 PM. The Program Options window for new applications opens on February 2nd and ends on February 22nd. This is for families who have not attended Cherry Park and for families who have rising kindergarteners in Fall 2026. The Lottery for new families will be March 13th-20th. Please consider giving the precious gift of learning a second language to your child and other children, too. Yearbook information and order forms
Time to order Cherry Park Yearbooks!
To guarantee your child receives a yearbook, all orders must be placed by March 29, 2026. The early bird discount is available until December 31, 2025, and prices are scheduled to increase on January 1, 2026. All sales are online only, and there will be no additional orders.
2025 Bobcat Dash Information for Families and sponsors:
This year the race will be on Friday, October 24

Signup Genuis for volunteering for the day of the race will be sent at a later time.
Sponsorship forms can be downloaded and sent in or forms can be completed using the Google form linked below. All sponsorships must have their forms and logos turned in by October 3, 2025. Due to the Intersession week, late forms can not be accepted.
Pledge forms will come home with students in October and will be due Monday, November 3, 2025. Forms must be turned in on time in order to be considered for prizes.
Prizes will be awarded to top fundraisers as well as lap winners during a school pep rally!
